1. What is the status of my order? 

When you place an order with us, we will email you as items ship in your order. Orders can take up to 1-4 business days ( M-F) to process. We will also provide a tracking number at that time, allowing you to track your order every step of the way.

2. Do you ship Internationally ? Yes, most items ship internationally and will state in the description. If you still are unsure you can always contact us info@blazingbeautyave.com 


3. How fast will I receive my order? 

Most products are coming from our overseas warehouse. Getting your order to you as fast as we can is our priority. After receiving your order. There is a Processing time which is between 1-4 business days (M-F). This includes checking inventory, quality, to make sure you are receiving the best product and packaging. After processing products are promptly shipped. A tracking number will be provided. For US orders: Items will arrive within 4-7 days after an order is placed. For International orders:Items will also arrive within 4-7 days after an order is placed. In some cases it can take longer depending on location.

* Please note processing orders is only done on business days ( M-F) Orders placed on weekends will not start processing until the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm will not start processing until the next business day*

If you need the product by a certain date, please plan accordingly. Unfortunately Blazing Beauty at this time doesn't have the option for expedited shipping. At a future date faster shipping will be made available through couriers that offer quicker shipping. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

*Regarding cancelling an order after it's shipped.* Please note, once an order is shipped out and en route, Shipments can't be stopped midway in route. Please also note, monies can't be refunded at that time. When you receive the order, please contact customer service for further instructions. Once we have it in our possession you will be refunded immediately. Returns are hassle free, the main priority is customer satisfaction.

3. What are the shipping fees?

Spending over $75 qualifies for Free Shipping. U.S Shipping Rates are $8.99. International Shipping Rates are $13.99.

4. What If I need a return or want to exchange a product? 

We make returns and exchanges hassle free. To start a return refer to our Return and exchange Center located under customer service in the footer section of the website. Return labels will be at the expense of the consumer. In order to access the return center, please enter the order number and email or phone number. We will accept unworn clothing items with original tags, receipt and in original packaging if initiated within 30 days of receiving all items in the order. Some items cannot be returned such as  swimwear,bodysuits,intimates,gloves,hats, jewelry,sale items, headwear, discounted items,gift cards.


Once the return package is received and inspected for quality. After it's approved you will receive an email with the confirmation.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to receive the refund.

  5. Do I have to subscribe to order from your store? No you don't have to but there are many benefits if you do! Being apart of the Blazing Beauty club, you can receive special discount codes, birthday recognition, notifications on upcoming products and back in stock items, also early notifications on upcoming sales dates.
