These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to the fulfill all our items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will sell the available products for you and contact you about whether you would prefer to the restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping is offered when you spend $75 or more *Taxes not included. Free Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
U.S. and U.S. Territories Shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.99. International Shipping costs are a flat rate of $13.99. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
3. Delivery Times Domestically & Internationally
Most products are coming from our overseas warehouse. Getting your order to you as fast as we can is our priority. After receiving your order. There is a processing time which is between 1-4 business days (M-F). This processing time includes checking inventory, quality, to make sure you are receiving the best quality product, and packaging. After processing, products are promptly shipped. A tracking number will be provided to track the status of your purchase. In general, Domestic U.S shipments are delivered within 4-7 business days from the time of order. International Shipments are delivered within 4-10 business days from time of order. The number of days can be dependent on the circumstances of the order, such as availability, or quantity ordered.
* Please note, processing orders are only done on business days (M-F). Orders placed on weekends will not start processing until the next business day. Orders placed after 11 pm will not start processing until the next business day*.
* We have included estimated shipping dates in the product information. If you need it sooner for an event etc. Please plan accordingly. Unfortunately, Blazing Beauty at this time doesn't offer the option for a quicker delivery than the stated estimated date. At a future date, faster shipping will be made available through our couriers that offer expedited shipping. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

3.1 Delivery Times From U.S. Warehouse
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.2 Transit Time Domestically
Normal times : In general, domestic U.S shipments are in transit for up to 2 -7 business days. Although there aren't many delays with shipments from U.S. warehouses, it is still a possibility. These delays may slow down shipping times so your patience and understanding is appreciated. Orders can't be stopped once it's shipped or refunded in the transit process. Once the item arrives, at that time the product can be sent back before a refund can be issued. Returns are the responsibility of the consumer. Unforeseen delays happen more than we would like it to, so we appreciate your patience. We have shipping estimations in the product descriptions, This can help with buying decisions and knowing which product will arrive in a more timely fashion.
3.3 International Shipping & Transit Time
All international orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. Note: Only select items are available for international shipping. Products that ship exclusively within the U.S. are not shown in international markets.

4. Returns/Exchanges
4.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Blazing Beauty LLC happily accepts returns due to a change of mind, as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your item.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item). In change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed and credited to the method in which you paid. Please allow time for the product to be inspected and it should be in the condition it was in when shipped. If approved, it will be issued, please allow 3-5 to reach account depending on payment source. There is an option to receive store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Blazing beauty llc) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
4.2 Warranty Returns
Blazing beauty llc will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay for the return shipping. However, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon returning receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Blazing beauty llc to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
5. Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
6. P.O. Box Shipping
Blazing beauty llc will not ship to P.O. box addresses
7. Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
8. Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
9. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
11. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
12. Duties & Taxes

12.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Blazing beauty llc encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Blazing beauty llc at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
13. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
*Regarding cancelling an order after it's shipped.* Please note, once an order is shipped out and in route, Shipments can't be stopped midway in route. Please also note, monies can't be refunded at that time. When you receive the order, please email us at info@blazingbeautyave.com for further instructions. Once we have it in our possession you will be refunded immediately.
14. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We have a 30-day return policy, that starts after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return that is not damaged or in anyway not the fault of blazing beauty, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Return of the product is the responsibility of the customer. Blazing Beauty doesn't assume the responsibility of covering the cost of returning goods. Items sent back to us or exchanged should be started in the Refund & Exchange Center in the footer section of the website.
Inspection
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow Blazing Beauty Ave 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Thank you for your understanding with this process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@blazingbeautyave.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Provide sku number or product name, a photo can also be provided to show the issue to speed up the process. According to customer's wishes damaged products will be exchanged or refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No refunds can be given on women's intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, hats, gloves, clearance categories, discounted products or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please refer to the Refund & Exchange Center in the footer section of the website.
